Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging intact.

- Digital downloads
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@tricyclebooks.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Tricycle Books (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Tricycle Books at admin@tricyclebooks.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage. Depending on the situation, a full or partial refund or replacement may be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or Tricycle Books made an error.
